Prime – an American Kitchen and Bar announces five evenings of wine dinners to celebrate the restaurant’s second anniversary from Sunday, November 16 to Thursday, November 20. Each night, Executive Chef Gregg Lauletta will create a $50 three-course dinner with wine pairings by Wine Director Paulo Villela. Selections from producers such as Caymus, C. Donatiello, Decoy, Frog's Leap, Havens, Martinelli, Pine Ridge, Rombauer and Shafer will be paired with menu items such as:

APPETIZER

*Porcini Risotto Cake, Shaved Asparagus, Truffle Vinaigrette, Parmesan

*Pan-Seared Potato Gnocchi with Parmesan-White Truffle Sauce

ENTRÉE

*Wellington

Filet Mignon, Mushroom Duxelles, Bordelaise, Brie Fondue, Puff Pastry

*Chilean Sea Bass

Miso-Glazed, Ponzu Sauce, Bok Choi, Chinese Beans, Carrots

*Strawberry Shortcake

Mascerated Strawberries, Buttermilk Ice Cream
