2 Tuesdays, June -15. Taste Champagne and sparkling wines – white and pink – from France and Washington, and from around the world, as you learn how to match these wines with your holiday dinner. Be introduced to proper wine service, selection, serving temperatures, and wine etiquette. Learn about Champagne styles, what the label tells you, with a brief introduction of how Methode Champenoise wines are produced.
