Taste of the Holiday's Buffet:
Appetizer: Hilmar Cheese Company's elegant cheese display featuring Hilmar cheeses, crackers, fruit and our famous cream cheese with apricot-pepper jelly.
Salad Buffet: Orzo pasta with basil oil, roasted tomatoes, artichokes and calamata olives. Hearts of Romaine Caesar salad with garlic crutons and Parmigiano Reggiano. Pearl Salad with sweet peas, applewood bacon, water chestnuts and creme fraiche dressing. Autumn greens salad with dried apricots, peppered walnuts, blue cheese and blackberry-balsamic vinaigrette.
Main Courses: Carved, wood-roasted New York Strip with Cabernet jus and cracked pepper, rosemary and garlic crust. Roasted breast of turkey with pomegranate glaze and cranberry-lemon preserves. Hilmar's Vintage cheddar potatoes with chives. Sauteed broccoli and cauliflower with red peppers and shallots. Baked breast of chicken dijon. Cedar planked salmon with forest herbs, meyer lemon butter. Pecan rice pilaf. Steamed green beans with pomegranate arils.
Dessert Buffet: Mini dark chocolate brownies, a variety of "cutie pies" (a "personal size" of Hilmar's famous cheese pie) including traditional, pumpkin, turtle pecan and lemon. Granny smith apple crisp and a variety of bars and cookies.
Served with Coffee, Hot Apple Cider, Lemonade and Water
