Manresa is pleased to announce one of the most exciting culinary events of the season. Join Alder Yarrow of Vinography.com for an evening of some of his favorite sakes. David Kinch will create a special eight-course dinner, and Alder Yarrow will guide you through tastings of the some of the best premium and super-premium sakes in the world. Alder Yarrow is the founder and editor of Vinography.com, one of the most influential wine blogs on the internet. On his blog, Alder writes about The Sake Dinner, "The idea is simple. I choose some of the best sakes in the world, and based on some discussion and tasting with me, Chef Kinch cooks an unbelievable meal designed to complement them. I've always loved the Japanese influence in David's cooking, and given that he recently spent some time exploring Japan again, I can't wait to see what he comes up with for this feast. I'm also especially excited at the caliber of sakes that we're planning on pouring, which are going to be truly phenomenal." Because space is limited, reservations are available by phone only.
