Zinfandels reflect the winemaker’s skill and style. Some winemakers choose to vinify the bunches with varying levels of ripeness adding their own unique component to the wine, while others will hand harvest the bunches over several weeks. Join us to understand the complexities of Zinfandels in concert with Chef Michael Strimban’s cuisine.
