Eight of Napa Valley's finest Cabernet Sauvignon are offered in a simultaneous comparative tasting. Wines are: Corra 'Napa'; Faust 'Napa'; Ghost Block 'Napa'; Paul Hobbs 'Napa'; Philip Togni 'Napa'; Provenence 'Oakville'; Robert Craig 'Mt Veeder'; and Snowden 'Napa-Reserve. Tasting procedure is 'double-blind'. A discussion follows preference ranking. Seating is limited and a glass is necessary for each wine or add $1.50 for glass set up.
