Each week Master Sommelier Elizabeth Schweitzer takes Morry's class attendees on a marvelous adventure through the world of wine with classes that include not only information on the selected wines for the class, but also on the fascinating history of wine making itself.

Do you know the difference between the "Charmant method" and "Methode Champenoise?" Do you know how to tell in blind taste tests what kind of wine it comes from, and what region in what country?

Equally interesting and fun for those just starting out their wine knowledge journey and those who've been at it awhile, Elizabeth's classes are full of useful information, candor and tips on how to best enjoy the wine experience. We serve five to six "tastings" of wines based on the class subject matter and also serve delicious complimentary appetizers to set off the tastings.
