Luxury inn DesBarres Manor is celebrating the 2008 Wines of Nova Scotia Fall Festival with special Fall Wine Dinners matching local culinary treasures with Nova Scotia wines. Every Tuesday from September 9th until November 18th, Executive Chef Shaun Zwarun is preparing a seasonal five course Nova Scotia tasting menu and Cellar Keeper Audrey Firth is selecting a flight of Nova Scotia wine to accompany the courses. Audrey will be discussing how to pair Nova Scotia wine to the local seafood, meat and game at a relaxed pre-dinner Taste of Nova Scotia reception. Fall Wine Dinner packages are available and include all the Manor’s luxury amenities and gourmet breakfasts at special Fall Wine Festival room rates.
