Myth: Organic wine cannot taste as good as wine made by modern conventional methods.

Not only is this untrue, but in fact the opposite may be closer to the truth. Wine made by organic means--that is, treating the grapes and the soil as natural, biodynamic organisms and refusing to use herbicides or chemicals during the growing and winemaking process--may be the key to making better wines. It's certainly better for the earth.
