Following a 'sell-out' in 2007, "Wine School at the Fringe" returns for this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe (1-25 August 2008).

A programme of 70 wine tasting events will be held onboard "The Millennium Link" barge (Venue 140), moored on the Union canal at Edinburgh Quay, within easy walking distance of the City centre.

10 different shows are on offer - favourite shows from 2006 and 2007 return, with the addition of three new productions for 2008:

Pearls from the Paarl - and other South African gems

South American Showcase - hot stuff from Chile

A Lovely Bunch of Rosés - a fine display of beautiful bouquets
