This session, led by Wine Merchant Dave Chambers, involves tasting six different wines to see if variuos types of music makes us like each one more or less. Scientists studying how the brain processes taste and scent have stumbled upon some work by Musicologists, and the results are most interesting!
This experience is a must for anyone who has ever wondered what music to play during their dinner party, in their wine shop, or at their tasting bar.
Is it possible to enjoy a certain wine more when you hear a certain type of music? Come join us and see what you think!
When: May 20th, 6:30 - 8:00
