Sommelier and Wine Educator Jolene Palmer is offering a two-day workshop suitable for new winery shop staff who may be enthusuastic and personable, but have limited wine knowledge. Topics will cover all the basic "Wine 101-type" information with an emphasis on BC wines, as well as ideas and tips on providing excellent customer service and increasing sales. Also suitable for private LRS staff. There will be lots of tasting and a light lunch is included. Class is limited to 20 persons.
