The Galaxy Wine Experience.... Once again it is time for our annual grand tasting that we hold every Spring, the Galaxy Wine Experience. This year the event is set to happen on Friday evening, May 16th, 2008, from 7PM to 11PM. The event represents our best effort to show off the most exciting wines of the year. We create a festive wine tasting atmosphere including a selection of well over 100 wines, live piano music, and an emphasis on cuisine by our award winning chefs. This years' tasting will include many higher end wines. We have challenged our distributors to bring some of the best and most exciting wines to this event. Accordingly, executive chef John Schulze and his talented chefs will provide a unique display of appetizer islands including carving stations throughout the night.
