We continue our California tour with one of the most exciting “new” wine regions – the cooler Central Coast area. Specializing in early ripening grape varietals such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, this region offers innovative wines with supple textures, bright fruit and great balance. The wines will be paired with four to six courses of gourmet cuisine by Chef Aaron Wilson.
