Napa 7-Course Wine Dinner - Thursday, March 6th - 6:30 PM
Culinary Creations by Chef Matthew Fogarty with wines paired with each course & Special Guest St.Paul native and Mayo neurosurgeon Dr. Thomas Kenefick turned winemaker. Upon retirement, he ventured to Napa Valley and acquired 125 acres of premium vineyard property. After farming these red rock soils for over two decades, he is now ready to unbottle his vision, sharing 3 of his California wines from Kenefick Ranch Winery with the dinner. -The Kenefick Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon - Kenefick Merlot and Kenefick Ranch Cabernet Franc-Caitlin's Select, named after his daughter.

6th course - Grilled Endive with stilton and curried pumpkin seed
7th course- Armagnac soaked Plums
