SUU's new Community Education program is bringing a favorite culinary experience for food lovers to Cedar City. This six-part cooking class begins March 2018 and runs through November.

Cedar City’s IG Winery will serve as host to the monthly course designed to feature favorite local culinary personalities teaching participants to prepare and serve up delectable dishes. Participants will learn kitchen tricks and techniques from favorite local chefs, with wine pairing options for most recipes. The experience will result in a collection of eclectic recipes.
