Join us for our March Session of great food and wine at Ecole Dijon. This class we'll be discussing and tasting cuisine and wines from Chile & Argentina. Learn how Malbec was introduced to Argentina and how Carmenere was introduced to Chile--and how they became they're own phenomenal South American wines. We'll tast red, whites and rose's from these New World regions--wineries like Santa Rita, and Achaval-Ferrer will be included. Enjoy a Peruvian Pork stew, a rich potato appetizer and an Argentine-style Pavlova for dessert. You'll be so glad you booked this class!
