Cost: $60

This class will lead you on a journey to enlightenment as you taste through wine flights with different expressions of the same varietal. Oaked vs. Unoaked, New World vs. Old World, Young Wine vs. Mature Wine, established region vs. upstart, cool climate vs. warm / hot climate and perceived quality and price levels.

The material covered will equip you with a “toolbox” to help understand what wines you like, and why, while improving your ability to determine what is in a bottle before you buy.

This can be taken as an individual class or as a series: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sweet & Fortifieds and Sparkling.
