Local Event
Cost: $40.00
Soul of the City Wine Festival (formerly, Urban Vines Wine Festival) returns to Oakland to kick off the 2018 season! Join us for a relaxed, intimate afternoon of wine, cheese and olive oil tasting at this boutique wine festival. Sample wines from award winning African American owned wineries and winemakers, and shop from our favorite local specialty vendors, while enjoying artisan small bites!
This year, we are excited to donate a portion the proceeds from this event to help in the production of the documentary JBV: The Black Winemakers' Story! The film's creator will be at this event to answer questions about the history of Black winemakers in the United States!
VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES: We have a few slots available for vendors. Please note we are looking specifically for high end vendors that provide wine-themed products or food items (chocolates, cupcakes, cheese, macaroons etc,) as well as a small number of fashion/beauty vendors. There are no opportunities for direct sell companies at this time. In order to be considered as a new vendor, please email us with the name of your business, products/services, and 2-3 pictures of your merchandise/vendor set-up: cheers@sipandswirlevents.com
WINERY OPPORTUNITIES: To participate as a winery please email us at: cheers@sipandswirlevents.com
No Tickets Will Be Sold At The Door and This Event Sells Out Quickly In Every City!
