Yadkin Valley Wine-Raffaldini Vineyards Blending Trials

Our reds are ready for blending and we need you to help us determine the blend for the 2007 Raffaldini Bella Misto. Each blend you create will be carefully analyzed, sampled and considered by our winery staff.

Blending wine is a demanding job requiring patience, knowledge and skill. Join Mr. Raffaldini as he guides you through an informative and educational winemaking experience.

This is an opportunity to test your winemaking ability, learn more about the grapes that go into wine and make a few friends in the process. Blending trials will be held in our barrel room, allowing you to see and experience the new winery at Raffaldini during the harvest season.

Held every Saturday and Sunday in November from 1pm-3pm. $10 per person
