Tuna Arugula (tuna sashimi rolled w/ arugula and avocado paste)

Sakura Roll (shrimp tempura and cucumber inside, with spicy tuna and 2 types tobiko and sauce)

Tokyo Rose Roll (spicy crunchy salmon and cucumber inside, topped with tuna sashimi, kaiware sprouts and miso paste)

Panko-crusted Fried Oysters served with Katsu-Tartar Sauce

Ocean Foie Gras-Ankimo served with Ponzu Shoyu and Momiji Oroshi (monkfish liver with finely chopped thin leeks and grated daikon and chili pepper sauce)

Saikyo Chilean Seabass Marinated and Grilled in a Light Miso Sauce
