Join TasteDC for a fun and educational wine tasting and discussion of the great wines of Italy!
We'll taste primarily small production wines from the major wine growing areas of Italy such as
Veneto (Prosecco - Italy's bubbly!), Piedmont (the noble Nebbiolo), Tuscany and Puglia and give
you a good basic understanding of Italian wine and how they pair beautifully with food! Our wine
speaker for this event Ron Brooks has worked in all aspects of wine for the last 20 years.
Since moving to the DC area nine years ago, Ron has been working for Winebow Inc.
