CYGNUS WINE CELLARS PREPARES TO CELEBRATE ITS

12TH ANNIVERSARY IN JULY 2008.

Special Food and Wine Events planned at the Winery in Manchester.

Cygnus Wine Cellars, located at 3130 Long Lane in historic Manchester Maryland, is celebrating the 12th anniversary of its founding with the help of the finest Chefs in Maryland. Accompanied by wines in current release, as well as from the Cellar Library, these 5 course dinners will be limited to 20 people, and will require prepaid reservations to be made no later than 1 July 2008. Cost is $75.00 per person. Reservations may be made for any one, or all dates.

Sunday 6 July 3pm Michael Gettier, French

Sunday 20 July 3pm Bill Schroeder, Italian

Sunday 27 July 3pm Antonio Baines, Spanish

Sunday 3 August 3pm Jerry Pellegrino, New American

All dinners will begin with Appetizers of the Day, accompanied by Classic Method Sparkling Wines. Next will be a light second course at seating, followed by the Entree. A delicious cheese course consisting of American Artisanal cheeses will follow. Dinner will conclude with dessert.
