* The nature of wine (Production and market statistics, viticulture, vinification, tasting technique)
* The classic grape varieties
* France - Introduction, Bordeaux and Burgundy
* France - Rhone, Southern France, Alsace, Loire
* Italy, Spain and Portugal
* Germany and Other European Countries
* The New World
* Sparkling and Fortified Wines
To gain the Level 2 qualification candidates will be required to successfully complete a multiple choice paper of 50 questions. |
