of the winter solstice in a

traditional medieval feast!

The 17th century style Chateau St. Croix Winery will be decked out for a Medieval feast!

Medieval attire is greatly encouraged. The 2007 feast included: roasted hog, smoked turkey legs, glazed roasted root vegetables, grilled mushrooms with a wine reduction, fresh breads, roasted fruit skewers with a honey glaze, baked apples with caramel, plus much more! The feast includes dinner and two glasses of wine.
