Event Details
 
Alsace has changed hands between Germany and France a number of times throughout history. Today the region’s rich and racy wines are often comprised of German varietals with French winemaking techniques. The food of Alsace is celebrated by many as being the most refined and advanced regional cooking of France. Chef JD Fratzke and wine specialist April Torzewski will lead you on a guided tour with four courses of expertly paired food and wine.
