Autumn is an amazing time of year in Provence. The air is crisp and the markets are overflowing with the bounty of the summer fields. Join Bret, of Bret’s Table, and enjoy an aperitif together before we prepare a simple, yet elegant fall harvest dinner. On the menu will be Gougeres Stuffed with Salmon Mousse, Mesclun Salad with Roasted Pears and Blue Cheese on Pastry, Provençal Chicken with Olives, Tomatoes and Red Peppers, and Almond Cake with Mascarpone Cream and Autumn Fruit Compote for dessert. Sip a glass of French wine with dinner.
