Topic: Paris in the Summer

The series will focus on pairing food and wine for summer entertaining. This is a four to six-course dining experience served with a variety of our hand-crafted wines. Learn food pairing to compliment everything from a complex Chardonnay, to a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.

Executive Chefs from area restaurants like Tangled Up in Blue, Paradise Landing and Enjoy! will be preparing the cuisine. Troy and Laura Chamberlin, owners of Chateau St. Croix Winery will be choosing award-winning wines to accompany the meal. We will be entertaining on our patio. Dinners will be conducted rain or shine. At the end of the evening our chef will share a featured dinner recipe with our guests!
