Jon Rogers of Wines Without The Mystery has been teaching the longest running wine classes in Arizona (since 1983). He is referred to as Tucson's wine educator, enthusiast, and evangelist. The course is as follows:

Wk. 1 Intro to wine and the winemaking process

Wk. 2 American white wines and the premium white grapes

Wk. 3 Premium red grapes and American red wines

Wk. 4 French white wines and their regions of production

Wk. 5 French red wines and their regions

Wk. 6 Sparkling wines

Wk. 7 International wines. Italy, Spain, Australia, South America

Wk. 8 German and dessert wines

All classes feature 3 wines per night, cheese, and handouts along with the lecture. NO colognes of perfumes please.
