Join us on a short trip through the food of Greece. Greek food combines the flavors with herbal accents of oregano and mint to provide a flavor pallet that flows from ancient history. Avgolemono, Dolmathes, Souvlaki Hoirino, Classic Greek Salad prepared in front of you by Chef Warren Slate.

Chatham Hill Winery Winemaker, Marek Wojciechowski, and Aris Ragouzeos of The Wine Merchant, will speak about which wines to serve with these luscious dishes and samples will be provided.
