David Adelsheim, founder of the Adelsheim Winery, will host this exceptional wine dinner along with Chef Graham Fox and Somelier Maximilian Kast. The Adelsheim Winery is located in the Chehalem district in the Willamette Valley. They produce some of the most distinct and nuanced Pinot Noirs in the Willamette Valley, as well as a long list of outstanding white wines and dessert wines. The Adelsheims are among the pioneers in the Willamette Valley being the second oldest producer of Pinto Noir in the Willamette Valley, and the third oldest producer of Pinot Gris in the United States. $150 per guest, plus tax & gratuity.
