COST: $65 per person or $55 per person for 3 or more classes

EVENT DETAILS:

Gougères (savory cheese puffs with minced herbs), mushrooms stuffed with shallot and garlic butter and roasted, coq au vin (chicken in red wine with bacon, mushrooms and onions, but vegetarian option available, too), galette lyonnaise (potatoes mashed with onions, sautéed), mesculun greens with pears and walnut vinaigrette, and flamusse (a pumpkin flan from burgundy).
