An afternoon tasting of the best Michigan wines and regional appetizers hosted by Master Sommelier, Ron Edwards of Charlevoix and Chef/Proprietor, David Beier of the venerable Walloon Lake Inn. Experience Michigan vintner’s finest wines perfectly paired with regional-flavor appetizers masterfully created by Chef David Beier. There will also be a rare opportunity to interact with several winemakers themselves including Larry Mawby, Bryan Ulbrich and Lee Lutes. Michigan vineyards selected include L. Mawby, Left Foot Charley’s, Black Star Farms and Bowers Harbor Vineyards. Ticket price is $50 plus a bottle of wine with a minimum value of $100.
