Join Food Roots on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the Hoffman Haus Bed and Breakfast in Fredericksburg, Texas for a guided tour of three Hill Country wineries in the beautiful Fredericksburg area. Together we will explore and experience the art and diversity of Texas Hill Country wine making. We will travel as a group to three carefully selected intimate small-production wineries where you can tour the winery and have a tasting. This all-inclusive tour includes a continental Hoffman Haus breakfast, transportation from the Hoffman Haus, wine tasting at each winery, gratuities and lunch with wine at a selected winery.
