Spokane Wine-DuMol Winery and the Copper River Salmon

Based in Sonoma, CA's Russian River, this small production winery needs no wine dinners to sell its wines. They nearly evaporate after the glowing reviews of my colleagues.... However, they will be our guest this evening as we host our 3rd Annual Copper River Dinner, featuring that richest and most sublime expression of fresh King Salmon.

The wines are nearly unbuy-able, the cuisine adventurous, eclectic and delightful and the company superb! =-)

I sincerely encourage everyone to reserve early or at least get on the waiting list for this "Wow!" of an evening.
