Southwest Connecticut Wine-The World of Wine(6 evenings): Your Best Introduction to Wine, for Beginners, Intermediates & Enthusiasts

     The Fall 2008  World of Wine Course starts October 6th at the Hilton Rye Town Hotel, in Rye Brook, just off Interstates 287 and 95. The course meets on six Monday nights, and each class includes the tasting of at least 8 wines, plus each participant receives a manual of useful maps, charts, and information sheets. Missed classes may be made up at a future date.

     In an enjoyable, interactive, and educational atmosphere, class participants are encouraged to explore their own preferences and appreciation of wine. Open to anyone who wants to expand his or her frontiers in the world of wine. As one student wrote, "I very much enjoyed this course. It was relaxed yet full of information.
