Executive Chef Tim Vallery, proprietor of Peloton Catering, has created five "small plates" to perfectly accompany Winemaker, Nancy's Walker's wines, and he will teach you how to prepare them in a hands-on cooking class in Relish's state of the art kitchen.
Whether you are a novice in the kitchen or an expert on food and wine affinities this class - limited to 20 participants - will spark your imagination. You'll be cooking with Tony and Nancy, beside one of Sonoma's premier Chefs.
After class, we'll sit down and enjoy the five scrumptious "small plates" we've prepared together accompanied by Stephen & Walker Wines:
