One of the foremost female winemakers in Napa, with her mind set on putting the vines first, Mia Klein jumped into the world of winemaking early. In 1990, Mia became assistant to long time friend Tony Soter, working at some of the wineries for which she is now chief consultant. Tony was a large influence in Mia's dedication to quality in the vineyard to nurture great wine. Mia makes a point of putting her vineyards first (occasionally to the chagrin of her winery) but the results prove she has her priorities sorted the right way. Come enjoy Mia's wines and her company at Wine Spectrum Shop+Bar this coming July 1st!
