Notable Talent Productions Presents – An intimate afternoon concert with Vienna Teng.

(Ticketed Event. Tickets $35.00 - 150 people maximum. Cafe style seating is first come first served. Prior to each ticketed performance, C. Donatiello Winery will host a casual owner/winemaker tasting with concert guests. Following each of these shows, guests will have the opportunity to meet the musical artists. )

At 27, Teng has already released two critically acclaimed independent albums, 2002’s Waking Hour and 2004’s Warm Strangers, which landed on three Billboard album charts and reached #2 on Amazon’s best-seller list. She’s appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman and toured widely, opening for such artists as Shawn Colvin, Joan Osborne, Patty Griffin, Joan Baez and the Indigo Girls. These days, Teng is a rising star, winning accolades as much for her soprano (“smooth and sophisticated,” says the Washington Times) as for her lyrics (“smart and introspective,” observes the Philadelphia Daily News). Meanwhile, the San Jose Mercury News calls Teng “a child of Chopin and Sarah McLachlan.” With songs as powerful as the stirring folk ballad “Whatever You Want” and the gorgeous, string-laden “Now Three,” it’s easy to see why. Chamber folk or classically-influenced pop, Vienna Teng’s music is simply one of the most enchanting new sounds around.

C. Donatiello Winery has announced its first annual “Live from the Middle Reach” Summer Music Series. The lineup will feature intimate singer-songwriter performances on the grounds of the C. Donatiello certified organic wine estate. Set in the Aroma Gardens, with sweeping views of the Russian River Valley’s Middle Reach, the series includes ticketed as well as complimentary musical performances every Sunday, June 15th through September 28th, from 1pm to 4pm. While the complimentary performances are free to wine country visitors, ticketed events are $35 per person.
