Sonoma Wine-Pinot Family Reunion at Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co.

The tasting and three-course dinner will be paired with some of Sonoma County’s top Pinot varietals from vintners such as Balletto, Buena Vista, Clouds Rest, Chalk Hill, Ferrari-Carano, Hanzell, Harmonique, Hartford, Inman Family, Iron Horse, John Tyler, Keller Estate, Kokomo, Lutea, Lynmar, Martinelli, McPhail, Moshin, Mueller, Papapietro Perry, Patassy, Paul Mathew, Pezzi King, Russian Hill, Sapphire Hill, Small Vines, Sonoma Coast, Suacci Carciere, Taft Street, Tandem, Willowbrook, to name a few.

Local food purveyors will feature delectable items at the afternoon tasting such as Chicken Wings and Citrus Muscat Sauce, Marinated Wild Mushrooms with Pinot Noir, and Blue Fin Tuna Crisp with Avocado, Arugula and Wasabi Mayonnaise.

John Ash & Co.'s Executive Chef Jeffrey Madura has created a special menu for the family style dinner to highlight each wine, such as Grilled Artichoke Hummus with Housemade Naan Bread and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, Panzanella Salad with Focaccia, Red Onions, Gorgonzola and Cucumber, Curried Chicken Salad with Grilled Pineapple, Cashews and Red Flame Organic Grapes, Duck Sausage Corn Dogs with Spicy Slaw and Plum Ketchup, Painted Hills Barbecue Beef Brisket with Spice Rub, Roasted Potato Salad with Pinot Noir Sauce, and Black Bottom Cupcakes with Mascarpone Frosting for dessert.

The Wine and Food Tasting ticket price is $80 per person in advance, or $95 at the door, including wine glass. The cost for both the Tasting and Dinner is $175 per person, all-inclusive.
