The fifh annual Hospices of Sonoma Celebration Weekend begins with Winemaker Dinners hosted by DeLoach Vineyards, Dutton Estate, Failla Wines, Freeman & Kosta Browne, Gary Farrell Wines, Halleck Vineyard, Hartford Family Wines, J Vineyards & Winery, Landmark, Paul Hobbs and Roessler Cellars.
