| SIAL China, China's largest and leading international exhibition for the food and beverage trade, was created in 2000 by Exposium as spin off on the Asian continent for the SIAL brand. Within a few years the show became Asia's Food Marketplace so as to better serve the local market. With 1,097 exhibitors in total, the one-thousand mark has been passed in 2007 for the first time, representing a +11% increase compared to the previous edition. |
