Ever wonder how the wine experts can just take one sniff of a wine and pronounce its whole story? This is actually a learned skill, not divine guidance! In our basic blind wine class, learn the skills to pick apart what you see in the glass, smell in the nose, and taste on the palate. Use inductive reasoning to identify not only a wine's place of origin and grape type but also vintage. Based on your instructor's recent Court of Master Sommelier's course in New York. Students should have some knowledge of wine, but need not be experts.
