Join Seattle sommelier Arnie Millan for a fun, bubbly tasting with caviar provided by Seattle Caviar, accompanied by a lively discussion about caviar, Champagne and sparkling wine. Learn all about Champagne in time to inform your choices about this fabulous holiday beverage. Arnie will talk about the history of Champagne, how it is made and how to enjoy it by taking you step-by-step through the tasting process with five different Champagnes. Dale Sherrow from Seattle Caviar will talk about the ins and outs of caviar, how to select and serve it, and guide us through a tasting of several different caviars. The Champagne and Caviar Tasting will take place Sunday, November 16th at 4:00 p.m. in the Cambridge Room at the Warwick Hotel.
