Nine courses, eleven ultra-rare wines, all pulled off with the sophistication and elegance that we have come to expect from Seattle’s iconic French Chef, Thierry Rautureau, the Chef in the Hat. Dine with abandon, as we tackle great Champagne, two courses featuring the best white wines in the world, three courses featuring 5 truly extraordinary, beautifully aged reds wines and, of course, something sticky for dessert. This might be the last dinner you’ll ever need to eat!
