Two prominent winemakers from Tuscany will host a one-of-a-kind winemaker’s Italian dinner at The Cove Trattoria.

The Italian winemakers, Antonio Sanguineti and Alessandro Bocci, are hosting intimate wine dinners at the select restaurants that carry their varietals. The Cove Trattoria will be their only stop in the Valley. The five-course dinner will pair five specialty wines from the winemakers’ Tuscan vineyards with an original menu created by The Cove Trattoria’s chefs.

The night’s festivities will include:

• 6 p.m.- A meet and greet with the winemakers

• 6:30 p.m. – The five-course Italian dinner begins

• Five wine varietals, including a Super Tuscan and Antonio Sanguinetti’s "Vincero" Bianco

• Tastings of award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Alessandro’s vineyard

• Cost: $70 per person
