Terry Hoage and Fine's Cellar team together to host an evening of fine wine and exquisite dining. As the owner of Terry Hoage Vineyards in Paso Robles, Calif., Hoage will offer guests a tasting of some of his finest Syrah and Grenache-Syrah wine creations. Following the wine tasting guests will enjoy perfectly matched wines from the Terry Hoage Vineyard to a five-course dinner created by Chef Cullen Campbell including house specialties such as the Duck Confit and Foie Gras and Sweetbreads & Sashimi Grade Tuna. 6:30 p.m. champagne reception; 7:00 p.m. tasting; 8:00 p.m. dinner Open to the public, reservations recommended.
