Scottsdale Wine-Beach Blast Anniversary Party

It’s a weekend of great music, fun & games, and Island food & drink. We’ll be mixing up our favorites – Kokopelli Wine Margaritas, Pinot Coladas, Miami Vice and Strawberry Surfs, all frozen drinks made with wine! And we’ll have Island music all weekend long – think Jimmy Buffet and steel drums… Alonzo will once again join us (6:30 to 9:30 Friday and noon to 3; 6:30 to 9:30 on Saturday) playing his unique mix of Bob Marley, Calypso and original Reggae.

There will be lots of fun and games … Enter a Hermit Crab Race; play Caribbean Ring Toss; enter the Hula Hoop Contest, toss a Frisbee into a Wine Barrel, try the Limbo, build a Sand Castle, and make a coconut bikini top – perfect to wear as you learn to hula dance (or just watch) the talented Polynesian dancers and Fire Throwers. Participate in special game & dance contests, to be held throughout the weekend, to qualify for great prizes!

Games & Prize Contests will start at 2:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday; and on Saturday night at 7 pm, we’ll pick the “wildest” shirt to win a special prize!

There’s great food all weekend… celebrating the Islands. Our chef will be cooking up special dishes from the Hawaiian Islands (think roast pig and lots of pineapple!!!) plus Caribbean dishes like Shrimp & Mango Wraps, Fish Stew, Mojo Pork & Chicken, Jerk Chicken, Grouper Fingers, West Indies Salad, “Jamaican Me Crazy” Pasta and Mangoes Flambae. Come out on Thursday night for a special sneak preview of all these fun foods.

Wear (modest) beach attire and get $2 of every bottle of wine purchased during the festival, to drink at the Bistro or to take home.

In honor of our 7-14 anniversary we’ll be offering 14% off if you buy 7 bottles of wine and we’ll feature at least one wine at $7 per bottle!

Hours: 11:30 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday; 11:30 am to 5 pm Sunday.

Live Music: 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Friday; noon to 9:30 pm Saturday
