Currents restaurant, the new upscale dining venue at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota, is now open and welcoming hotel guests and area residents to try its menu selection, emphasizing fresh Florida flavors alongside traditional favorites.

Currents offers a gorgeous marina view and a sumptuous menu of choice breakfast, lunch and dinner items, both a la carte and buffet style. Our menu features Floribbiean Regional Cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients. Executive Chef Aaron Chavarria has taken his experience from Key West and southwest Florida to design a menu that showcases the best in Florida-Caribbean fusion, featuring local seafood, citrus infusions and island spices. Distinctive dishes, such as Cedar Key Clams, Florida Spring Rolls and Florida Lobster Macadamia, are featured on the menu along with a Chef's Special Creation every lunch and dinner.
