Train with the distinguished chefs of Hands on Gourmet in the elegant flavors of French cuisine. When you arrive, enjoy a glass of Byington wine, and a nosh while you mingle. For every dish, a cooking station is equipped with a recipe, a chef, and all the ingredients and tools you need. The chef will explain and demonstrate key techniques while you create and learn by doing. After cooking together for about one and a half hours, sit down, relax, eat and enjoy Byington wine pairings! We'll handle all the clean up. The class begins at 12:00 and will last approximately an hour and a half with lunch to follow. The menu will feature Petite Quiche with Mushroom, Spinach and Fontina Steak au Poivre with Whipped Potatoes and Heirloom Carrots Chocolate Eclairs with Vanilla Pastry Cream
